In June, the Princeton Workshop on Optimization, Learning, and Control, led by Professor Bartolomeo Stellato, welcomed students and professors from all over the world. This two-day event brought together researchers working in optimization, machine learning, and control. Along with 10 talks given by well-known leaders in these fields, junior researchers from 33 institutions presented 50 posters. The event was hosted by ORFE and received support from the National Science Foundation, the Center for Statistics and Machine Learning, the School of Engineering and Applied Science, IBM Research, and Gurobi Optimization.
