Assistant Professor Misha Shkolnikov has won the Early Career Prize for Financial Mathematics & Engineering for his “major contributions to the study of large systems of competing particles and applications to rank-based models in the Stochastic Portfolio Theory.”
This year the 2019 SIAG/FME Early Career Prize is awarded to two recipients. The other awardee is Dan Lacker who graduated from the ORFE PhD program in 2015 and is currently an assistant professor at Columbia University.
This award will be presented at the SIAM Financial Math meeting in Toronto this June.
